Absolutely loving my waist trainer

Let’s talk about what waist trainer should I start with. Pain relief: Stories about people achieving pain relief from wearing a corset are our favorites. Unless you’ve lived with chronic pain, it’s hard to imagine what it would be like. But it’s easy to feel the joy from our customers who have gotten at least some pain relief by wearing a corset when they write about it so eloquently. From Hannah, who got relief from scoliosis, to Theresa, who suffered severe back pain from a car crash, corsets have helped relieve back pain for many people. Please note that if you are considering corseting for medical reasons you should always check with your doctor.

Don’t make your waist trainer too tight. Remember, training takes time. It doesn’t happen overnight. You want your trainer to be just slightly tighter than a normal piece of clothing so that your body gets used to that size. You’ll go down another notch quickly, trust me. Wear something under the trainer. I usually use a thin, undershirt. That’s just to prevent any reactions from sensitivity while helping you to stay comfortable. Actually, you may sweat while you are waist training, so make sure you don’t irritate your skin as you train.

Remember: a waist trainer should never hurt or cause physical pain. If you ever experience this, the waist trainer should be removed instantly. As you steadily increase the amount of time you’re wearing the waist trainer, you can split the sessions into two rather than one continuous period throughout the day. This can make it easier on your body. After no more than a couple of weeks you’ll probably be comfortable enough to wear your waist trainer all day long. We suggest a minimum of six hours to get the best results.

How To Use a Waist Trainer
1. Your body must become accustomed to the constriction of the waist trainer. We recommend that the first few days of wearing the trainer to wear for limited amount of time 2-4 hours per day (depending on how much you feel is comfortable).
2. Gradually add an hour or two to your regime until you are able to wear the trainer through out the entire day.
3. Once the trainer is worn-in you can then begin to use the second set of clasps making the trainer tighter.
4. As you lose weight it will become more comfortable and will not feel as tight.
5. Now you can progress to the next size down as part of your continued weight loss regime. See more info on Waist Trainer Results.

What people say about WaistTrain : “Absolutely loving my waist trainer. Much better than any ‘suck me in’ pants and way cheaper! It’s really comfortable and doesn’t ride up or down like others. It’s given me my confidence back since losing my waist after having my 2 nippers!” I don’t have huge results yet, but just because of that I got lots of my confidence back, I simply feel way better with myself.”

To wear one, start by hooking your waist trainer from the top and working your way down. With each hook, pull both sides and hook them to the clasp as you go down for an easier process. Building Up To Everyday Use: When using a waist trainer, you must allow for your body to adapt and become comfortable to the compression of the waist trainer. We recommend wearing a waist trainer when first starting out for shorter periods of time of about 2 to 4 hours per day, in order to become better accustomed to the feeling. Eventually you will feel comfortable with progressively adding more hours to your waist training program. The waist trainer will have to be worn-in you can then begin to use the next set of clasps in making the trainer tighter.
